Face transplant for Virginia man is lauded as most extensive in history
Face transplants are always so futuristic cool science but this “more complete” transplantation leads to another level. According to the Baltimore Sun, the 37-year-old Norris received donor skin around his neck his scalp, along with new teeth, tongue, muscles, tissue and a jaw. Doctors had to even go about Norris only coincide with the blood group of the donor, because they had to consider structural bones and tone of the skin of face transplants.
