Herman Cain Suspends His Presidential Campaign
A Caín Herman heterodox and challenging suspended his presidential campaign on Saturday, promising “would not go away,” even if he abandoned hope of winning the Republican nomination. Mr. Cain announced instead, what he called a “Plan B” constant source of its foreign policy and tax systems.
