Father says Neenah man charged in Christmas Eve shooting is schizophrenic
The father of a Neenah man accused of shooting his brother-in-law during a meeting on the eve of the Christmas family told police that his son has psychological problems.

Charles Andreas told police his son, Christopher, it has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and recently said he believed that people are trying to poison him.
