Lee Kuan Yew conferred honorary Doctor of Laws degree by NUS
A ceremony in the presence of many members of his family to the founding father of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew has received an honorary doctorate from the National University of Singapore (NUS) yesterday.
89Lety, former Prime Minister won the prestigious honourable title, the award of doctor of law – President Tony Tan Keng Yam, who is also Chancellor of the University.
It is 16 doctorate honoris causa that Mr. Lee has acquired since decades, but his first of NUDES.
