Nigel Evans to stand aside temporarily as deputy speaker
In the middle of the speaker John Bercow Commons feared that the Queen’s speech on Wednesday, could overshadow randomly when the Government presented a legislative program, it was agreed that vice President excused their functions on a temporary basis.
