Dick Trickle, former NASCAR driver, dead of self-inflicted gunshot wound
Richard “Dick” Trickle–who parlayed a legendary reputation as a short-track driver in the biggest phase of the full time career stock car racing in the 1990s–died Thursday of apparent self-inflicted gunshot wounds, North Carolina sheriff’s Office said. He was 71.
