Regent high school Sean Ng had, what some of the “problem” children call: picking up smoking when she was 13 due to pressure, rebellion was in school, got into trouble, and almost a year in the second to keep the secondary was not until he school programs offered to students at risk, improves the Time Out program, that things took a dramatic turn.
