Swatow Seafood Restaurant Dim Sum High Tea Buffet .
Last weekend, we stepped out of our comfort zone and chose a meal in Toa Payoh. While the food was decent enough so theoretically I don’t like the Gulf of Swatow (including environment). It felt very “Singapore Central”. If not Me! I live in the Western half of my life. They say that it is better food hawker in the East.
