Cinco De Mayo concerts planned for two days, two locations
Cinco de Mayo, where the Mexicans’ victory over the French in 1862, celebrates the Battle of Puebla, arrive, lots of live music in Lubbock.
This year is no exception, although separate promoters to organize their concerts in two places.
