Dual Nationality SC admits petition against 14 members of assemblies SC suspends Rehman Malik's Senate membership
The three-member SC bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, heard the case of dual nationality, and announced that the injunction.
Malik said he lost his British citizenship, but not enough documentation of the SC.
The SC also suspended the membership of the National Assembly of PPP MNA Farahnaz Ispahani is the same as above.
