Last year, Americans bought nearly 200 million eggs at Easter time, and many of them were cooked, then painted. But the term “egg” is misleading, says chef Jeffrey Saad.
“The key to the perfect hard-boiling eggs is just cooking them,” said the author of host and channel Cookbook kitchen.
