It is less than 24 hours before the holding of the inaugural Groundhog Day in DC, Dupont Circle, and while padding Groundhog “Phil Potomac” to side help with predictions of the winter is, the organizers want to know that they are still holding auditions for [life] local Punxsutawney Phil.
