F1 sponsors show limited appetite for Bahrain Grand Prix
The Grand prix was canceled in 2011 after a bloody crackdown on a pro-democracy uprising, but sponsors writhing when rulers of the sport ignored pleas last year protesters in Bahrain and abroad for groups, not to fight, while the police and youths staged nightly confrontations with bombs tear-gas and gasoline.
