FHM model Celestina Tiew arrested for alleged drug use
The New Paper (TNP) has arrested alleged drug-related activities in the last week of the old FHM magazine cover girl and model of local bloggers as Celestina Brown.
FHM’s “Girl Next Door”, won the 2009 competition and a wide range of print and television ads.
