Sherman Hemsley of 'The Jeffersons' dies at 74
Sherman Hemsley, the evil genius, upward social mobility, goalkeeper turned the painting owner George Jefferson from The Jeffersons TV icon, died at the age of 74.
Hemsley died at his home in El Paso, Texas, police said. One cause of death was not immediately known.
