Leonard Chua Tze Yeu, a man who died twice sustainable technical two cardiac arrests and 10, respectively, was two minutes after a traumatic car accident in 2005, appointed by one of the ten outstanding young Malaysian (TOYM) for 2011 by the Junior Chamber International Malaysia (JCIM) here last night.
