President Obama Signs Connecticut Emergency Declaration
The President declared an emergency situation exists today in the State of Connecticut and ordered Federal aid to supplement the efforts of the State and local emergency response as a result of the Hurricane Irene conditions due to start on August 26, 2011 and will continue.
